ERP Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to implement, customize, and optimize enterprise resource planning systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and ERP integration.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects
Conduct requirement analysis, process mapping, and gap assessments
Configure ERP modules based on business needs
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Provide training and support to end-users
Troubleshoot system issues and develop long-term solutions
Prepare technical documentation and project reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, etc.)
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
